Pre SW sales:

• Support sales to get necessary data and products information to allow sales and legal to prepares contracts with correct content
• Align with several departments to help sales to facility contract creation and related product information for customer (legal, SW development department, Marketing, pricing)

Post SW sales:

• Enter SW contracts into contract database
• Initiate and follow up with sales/CS correct license fee billing in time
• Report the invoices on quarterly base / half year base to related department in the HQ
• Support technical community with correct data base for technical information towards customer (distribution of Known Issues)

SW data base maintenance

• Ability to configurate Jira data base to get correct report creation
• Ability to understand the need of SW biz and to specify necessary changes on the SW data base
• Communication to IT team which supports and modifies the SW data base

Generally:

• Be partner for sales teams in Europe, Americas, Japan, China, India and Korea

Necessary skills et:

• Ability to communicate with many stakeholders and willingness to drive the process to get the necessary information together
• Basic legal understanding
• English speaking
• Jira basic knowledge is advantage
