【募集背景】

グローバルでの事業展開の拡大に伴い、会計スペシャリストを補充する目的で本社決算担当マネージャーを募集します。

【職務内容】

ルネサスエレクトロニクスの本社において、単体の財務諸表および開示資料を担当する単独決算課において、貸借対照表、損益計算書、株主資本等変動計算書の作成、連結決算のためのIFRS組替データ準備、会計方針および会計処理の検討、監査対応などを担っていただきます。

1) 月次・四半期・年次での単体決算業務
2) 会社法・金融商品取引法に基づく計算書類等、財務諸表等の作成
3) 連結決算のためのIFRS組替データの準備
4) 財務報告に係る内部統制
5) 会計方針および会計手続きの立案
6) 監査法人による会計監査対応

【人材要件】

（必須）

・ビジネスレベルでの日本語でのコミュニケーション能力、日常業務を英語でやり取りができるレベル
・経理の実務経験

・IFRSの知識
