  • Assist with administration for benefits, including but not limited to medical/dental/vision/HSA/FSA
  • Support data review and audit of plans.
  • Answer employee benefits and leave questions.
  • U.S. leave of absence administration.
  • Liaise with vendors to troubleshoot administrative or employee issues.
  • Assist with Open Enrollment logistics, implementations, and communications.
  • Participate U.S. New Hire Benefits sessions,
  • Complete benefits transactions (i.e. QLE’s, finalizing OE windows, EOI’s etc).


  • 3-5 years of experience in benefits, and/or leave administration.
  • Experience with most of the various health and welfare laws, including but not limited to: ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, Section 125, HSA rules.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.
  • Detailed and process oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with engaging with third party vendors.
