The Role:
The Director, Product Management, Enterprise Products, will deliver on the strategy and execution of products that impact the employers we work with. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced product professional to lead a portfolio of B2B SaaS products that reimagine how employers meet the ever evolving needs of their employees across a number of dimensions we operate in. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch activities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, customer success and sales, to drive the success of our B2B SaaS products. Your technical expertise and deep understanding of the B2B SaaS landscape will be crucial in shaping the direction of our product portfolio.
The person in this role has ultimate responsibility for the success of our enterprise solutions, so you should bring a high degree of ownership and accountability to the table. This means more than just building the product, it means being a fierce advocate for it across and outside the company. And you will track the results of your products actively, making sure to identify opportunities to continue to grow. This role requires someone who is highly adept at understanding enterprise customers, has exceptional product management skills and demonstrates the ability to influence others - someone who is comfortable working with leaders across the company to deliver product solutions.

How You Will Make an Impact:
- Product Strategy: Influence and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's overall vision and goals. Identify market opportunities, conduct competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to inform product roadmap decisions
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, including requirements gathering, prioritization, roadmap planning, and product launch. Ensure timely delivery of product releases while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to gather insights, solicit feedback, and ensure alignment across departments. Act as a liaison between teams to foster effective communication and collaboration
- Technical Expertise: Possess a strong technical background and deep knowledge of B2B SaaS solutions. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Leverage your technical expertise to make informed decisions, provide guidance to the team, and effectively communicate with stakeholders
- Customer Focus: Champion the voice of the customer throughout the product development process. Conduct customer/user research, collect customer feedback, and analyze data to continuously improve our products and meet customer needs
- Performance Analysis: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the success of product launches as well as ongoing operations. Conduct regular data analysis and gather insights to drive data-driven decision-making. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize product performance
What You Bring to The Team:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or similar)
- Proven experience in product management roles, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry
- Strong technical background and understanding of software development processes
- Demonstrated success in developing and launching successful B2B SaaS products
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions
- Highly collaborative, hands on and able to forge strong internal and external relationships
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
