Dario is seeking a detail-oriented QA/RA Product Technical Writer to create and maintain high-quality documentation for medical and software. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Writing:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive product technical documentation, including definition documents and technical user stories.
• Draft clear, concise, and easily understandable documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Collaborate with engineers, developers, and MTB product manager to gather information and create accurate content.
• Implement best practices in technical writing and information design

Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure that all documentation adheres to relevant regulatory standards, as defined by the QA/RA team.
• Support the sprint documentation and approval process, assisting the Product Manager in finalizing versions pre-release

Documentation Management:

• Maintain a centralized repository of technical documentation.
• Ensure documentation is up-to-date, version-controlled, and accessible to relevant stakeholders
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability of documentation workflows
• Collaborate with IT to integrate documentation systems with existing tools and platforms

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record of creating clear and concise technical documentation
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for medical devices and software.
• Experience with Jira, and confluence
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and technical writing software

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in the medical device or healthcare industry
• Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS)
• Experience with agile development methodologies
