We are looking for a new Solutions Consulting team member in Dublin to help accelerate our exciting journey ahead! As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to become a trusted advisor and help world-class marketers gather, analyze, and optimize their data with Funnel.
About the role:
Your main responsibilities include working as a sales engineer to demonstrate the value of Funnel to prospects and customers. This includes supporting them during their assessment period from a technical standpoint while sharing best practices related to gathering/managing/analyzing marketing data, especially within the context of addressing complex use cases.
You will collaborate closely with our Account Executives and Customer Success Managers as well as our Product teams to provide input on the evolution of the Funnel product.
You will have achieved success when the prospect or customer fully understands how Funnel is foundational to helping them achieve their business goals as well as helping ongoing customers grow their business with Funnel.
As a Solutions Consultant you will:
- Lead technical pre-sales conversations with prospects
- Work with customers on an ongoing basis to meet complex marketing data use cases
- Become an expert in using the Funnel platform
- Provide input to the Product teams to make our solution even better and deliver ever-increasing value to our customers.
- Collaborate with other members of the global Solutions Consulting team on global initiatives.
- Support technical knowledge acquisition as needed by other teams including Customer Success, Support, etc.
You will join a global team of colleagues based in Boston, Stockholm, Dublin, London and Sydney.

Experience & Skills:
- Around 2-4 years of experience in a solution/technical consulting or pre-sales engineering role
- Domain knowledge of digital platforms and/or experience in working with data, marketing analytics, or performance reporting
- Experience in and enjoy working in a client-facing role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Looker Studio or similar applications
- Fluency in spoken and written English (Swedish or German is a plus)

Other information
This role is located in Dublin. We value in-person collaboration, and as such, we work office-first, with some flexibility. We do not support relocation at the moment and therefore we will take into consideration only applicants with valid work permits or appropriate citizenship.
