We are looking for an experienced Engineering Team Leader to join our dynamic team in our Tel Aviv HQ. The Ideal candidate has strong engineering background and management experience.

Here are a few of the things you will do:

• You will lead a squad building HoneyBook’s Top of Funnel
• Be the direct manager of the engineers on the team
• Own the team’s execution, delivery, and quality
• Work closely with the PM to create the squad’s roadmap, plans, goals, and measurements
• Own engineer’s development, career path, and performance monitoring
• Develop the tools and processes best fit for the squad and its people
• Work alongside other squads and other departments (like marketing) to collaborate on goals and delivery
• Test funnel improvements to increase HoneyBook member base

Here is what is needed:

• 2+ years of management experience
• 5+ years of engineering experience across multiple products and technologies
• Proficient with backend and frontend development framework/s and language/s (RoR, React/Angular, NodeJS etc.)
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• People’s person who truly cares about the people you work with
• Excellent communication skills (Hebrew & English)שמירת התר
