As we continue to expand our reach and enhance our market presence, we are seeking highly skilled and creative Campaign Architects to join our team on a short-term project basis.
Position Overview:
As a Field Marketing Consultant, you will be responsible for planning and executing highly targeted, account-based marketing (ABM) style demand generation campaigns. Working closely with Sales Account Executives (AEs) and/or Channel Managers and Partners, you will identify target accounts and develop unique messaging to engage key decision-makers within those accounts. By leveraging your expertise in campaign strategy and execution, you will design and implement multi-touch campaigns that generate high-quality opportunities, leading to revenue growth. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in field-focused revenue-generating campaigns, ABM strategies, and the ability to collaborate effectively with sales representatives and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Sales AEs and/or Channel Managers and Partners to identify target accounts and develop personalized messaging and value propositions tailored within each campaign
  • Design and execute account-based marketing (ABM) style demand generation campaigns, utilizing a multi-touch approach to engage key decision-makers within target accounts
  • Implement campaign tactics, including email, content, direct, social media, webinars, and others to creatively drive traction and revenue growth
  • Track campaign spend and impact to measure ROI and campaign success
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights to maximize effectiveness and outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Digital Marketing, Visionary Marketing, Creative, Sales and Channel to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all campaign touchpoints
  • Manage multiple campaigns concurrently.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in revenue-focused marketing, demand generation, or ABM campaigns, preferably within the B2B SaaS or technology industry
  • Strong understanding of account-based marketing strategies and tactics, with a track record of successfully executing highly targeted campaigns that result in revenue growth
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and value propositions
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance based on key metrics and data-driven insights
  • Collaborative nature and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with sales representatives, partners, and cross-functional teams
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes and ROI
