The Product Management team is responsible for executing the company's business prospects. The daily activities range from leading long-term product activities to handling fast-paced technical RFP processes with top brands. The team is highly involved with all business activities and keeps a very close interaction with the sales team, the company's customers, and all company departments

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze customer requirements for a multi-disciplinary product
  • Initiate and lead technical discussions with the customers
  • Manage complex technical RFP processes
  • Support other Business group activities such as market research, business development, authoring product specifications, attending trade shows and events, and more

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years in product management, program management, or technical project management.
  • Extensive customer-facing experience, with a balanced focus on both inbound and outbound product management (50%/50%).
  • Strong technical foundation, especially in multi-disciplinary products that involve hardware, software, and mechanical components.
  • Proven ability to engage and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, from technical teams to senior management.
  • A team player with a strong collaborative spirit—essential for success in this role.
  • Results-oriented, with a "get things done" approach.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, including managing cross-functional teams in a matrixed work environment.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred.
  • Able to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to stay composed and perform well under pressure.
  • Willingness and availability to travel internationally on short notice, up to 10%.
