About the Team:
The Product Marketing team is part of the Product organization and is responsible for driving the business and go to market execution to support the rapid growth of JumpCloud’s open directory platform. This includes creating compelling messaging and positioning, launching new features, partnering with corporate marketing to target the right buyers and influencers, and working with our sales team to enable the field.
The Role:
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be the expert, voice and go-to-market driver for JumpCloud’s open directory platform and specifically for our Identity-as-a-Service (IDaaS) capabilities. You will work closely with product management, product marketing, marketing and other cross-functional stakeholders to define and execute the positioning, messaging and all GTM activities and our mission to help IT teams Make Work Happen® by centralizing management of user identities and devices.

The ideal candidate for this role has:

  • 5+ years of solutions marketing or product marketing experience experience for Software-as-a-Service or software company
  • Proven success across all aspects of a product launch, from developing the go-to-market strategy, to the coordination and execution of a launch, and supporting the field enablement efforts that extend beyond a successful launch
  • Proven track record of marketing solutions to a highly technical audience at Small, Medium, Enterprises (SME) and Managed Service Providers (MSPs)
  • Track record of creating product and/or solutions-specific messaging and content
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Proven leader with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple teams

Bonus points if you have experience with any of the following:

  • Product Led Growth (PLG) company
  • Directory services products like Microsoft Active Directory
  • IAM, IDaaS or other identity related solutions
  • Working with technical alliance partners
Where you’ll be working/Location:
JumpCloud is committed to being Remote First, meaning that you are able to work remotely within the country noted in the Job Description.
This role is remote in the country of India. You must be located in and authorized to work in India to be considered for this role.
