Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B
- Experience in WordPress Administration (non-technical)
- Experience managing ad campaigns (AdWords, Facebook)
- Hands-on experience managing Google Tag Manager
- Experience building reports in Google Analytics (GA4 a Bonus)
- Comfortable wearing many hats, flexible, adaptable, and agile
- Great communication skills with advanced English proficiency
- Motivated to learn about our audience: Software Developers
- Basic JS skills in order to integrate Data Layer with Tag Manager (Bonus)
- Elementor for WordPress (Bonus)
- Google Data Studio Configurations (Bonus)
Job Activities
- Marketing Operations
- Setup cross-domain tracking
- Signup Form integrations
- Setup User Event Tracking, Goals, Funnels
- Custom variable setup in GTM and Data Layer setup
- Paid Ad Campaign Management (AdWords, Facebook)
- Digital marketing analytics
- Continuously monitor marketing performance and find optimization opportunities
- Generate regular reports
- WordPress Website Admin
- Create new landing pages for campaigns based on existing design templates (design skills not required)
- Upload new blog posts (from external writers) ensuring image, tags, categories, metadata is properly set up for SEO
- Manage various website updates by gathering necessary information from internal/external resources
- Email Marketing: Setup drip campaigns for leads & for new user onboarding, etc
- SEO
- Monitor HARO for opportunities where our employees can be quoted in relevant articles (DevOps, QA, Automation, Cloud, etc) and project manage the process
- Find and arrange opportunities for Kaholo to be listed on marketplaces and directories where
- Find and arrange guest post opportunities for our writers
- Media Relations
- Guest Podcast Appearances: Find relevant podcasts where our executives can appear as guests, reach out and arrange appearances, manage the overall process.
- Quora/Reddit Answers: Find relevant questions for our internal experts and facilitate process
- Social Media: Prepare and upload posts to LinkedIn, Twitter either by repurposing existing content or working with content creators to generate new ones.
