What you'll do:
Create engaging e-learning content, especially for operational and system-related training materials, using Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, PowerPoint, etc.
Enhance the learning experience with engaging visuals and interactivity
Stay updated on industry trends and new tools for better content creation
Simplify complex concepts or systems into easy-to-understand video-based training
Regularly update training materials with the latest information and best practices
Collaborate with internal and external partners on projects to optimize service delivery and operational processes
Conduct both new hire and refresher training sessions, both in-person and virtually, as needed based on business requirements
Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects to contribute to the team's success and meet organizational goals
What you'll need:
Bachelor's degree or above
Excellent communication skills in English. Fluent Chinese is a plus
Minimum 1 year of working experience in a related field, with a strong preference for candidates with video editing experience and training program design expertise
Portfolio or sample of created e-learning courses upon application
Proficiency in video editing using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Canva, with the ability to produce high-quality multimedia content
Advanced presentation, time management and organizational skills
Keen attention to detail in completing tasks accurately and thoroughly
Proactive, efficient, quick to learn, and has a strong work ethic
Eager to work in a small team and fast-paced environment
Globally minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural backgrounds
