- Identify and address API failures, ensuring swift and effective resolution to maintain our high standard of service.
- Work closely with the tech team to investigate the root causes of API failures, conduct defect analysis, diagnose issues, and develop effective solutions, while also overseeing the management of identified defects.
- Document and maintain the EMEA/US API guidelines, contributing to the overall optimization of our processes.
- Get hands-on with API product and partner configuration setup and testing, ensuring a seamless and error-free user experience.
- Make an impact by identifying areas for improvement across different processes and systems.
- Bachelor's degree or above. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Fluent spoken and written Chinese is a plus.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and debugging/troubleshooting, with the capacity to identify and address challenges effectively.
- Strong communication skills, with the capability to establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail, good at managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Self-motivated and proactive, demonstrating the ability to function autonomously and as an integral part of a team.
