What You’ll need to do:
Strategic Planning - You will develop and execute actionable industry insights & voice of customers to accelerate growth and share of market, engaging with appropriate senior level internal stakeholders to develop and execute objectives
Project Management - Identify, lead initiatives and support projects with cross functional teams to improve Klook hotel supply business metrics by different dimensions.
Execution - Develop and operationalize tools to monitor & improve business performance
Work with regional teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new products & initiatives.
Innovative Insights - Heavily leverage data & Research methodology and incorporate them into vertical strategies or experiments that will steer vertical growth and drive success for our business
Leading and Developing Talent - You will train and influence our commercial teams to use insights to drive action and business development within their business/account
Share Out – You will present findings and recommendations to internal teams as well as leadership convey insights and drive informed decision-making
What You’ll need to do:
Minimum of 10 years’ professional experience in relevant business field, data insights and analytics, business/product launch, market expansion, start-up, OTA/ecommerce
Strategic thinking and planning, effective at breaking down complex problems and driving and managing change.
Strong numerical and analytical skills, working knowledge with SQL
Fast learner, ability to adapt to new processes and technologies quickly, energized by change.
Team player with a driven “get it done” attitude and work ethic.
Extremely close attention to detail.
Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication & presentation skills
