What you'll do :

  • Identify new business opportunities in the entertainment and events industry, and develop strategies to capitalize on them

  • Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and create strategies for business growth

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, and develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention

  • Develop proposals and presentations to pitch to clients, and negotiate contracts and pricing agreements

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client requirements are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and services, and use this knowledge to provide valuable insights and advice to clients

  • Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and stay up-to-date on industry developments

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and other business development-related data

What you’ll need :

  • 4+ years proven experience in business development, preferably in the entertainment and events industry

  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed business decisions

  • Fluent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams

  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and find win-win solutions

  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
