As the Associate Director, Product Manager at Klook, you will be a driving force behind the strategic development and enhancement of our product offerings. You will lead a team of product managers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and execute product strategies that align with business objectives. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our platform, contribute to innovative solutions, and have a significant impact on the travel and technology industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of product managers in setting product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including design, engineering, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Define and prioritize features, enhancements, and improvements based on customer needs and market trends.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive trends.
  • Develop and communicate product requirements, user stories, and specifications.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of product initiatives.
  • Champion a user-centric approach, ensuring products meet customer expectations and deliver exceptional experiences.
  • Drive the product development process, from concept to launch, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality releases.
  • Mentor and guide the professional growth of product team members.
  • Stay current with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and market developments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of delivering successful products.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring product teams.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments and manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools.
  • Passion for travel and a deep understanding of the travel industry landscape.
