About this role:
This role will be the account manager for leisure products. You would have a chance to implement different projects for leisure verticals and enhance relationships in order to increase our shares and exclusiveness in the market. Ideal candidate is the one who has an unbreakable mindset, strong experience in sales and flexibility with commercial terms.
About Sales and Business Development:
Sales and Business Development are a group of explorers, always looking for your next favorite adventure. We work with businesses on the ground to find new experiences for our users, negotiate exclusive deals and unleash our merchant partner’s full potential through account management.
This role will be under the Experiences vertical:
The Experiences team is at the heart of the Klook brand. From theme parks, attractions & shows, leisure products, and tours & sightseeing etc. The team aims to provide world-leading coverage of travel and leisure activities for customers around the world.
What you'll do：
- Acquisition: Identify the best leisure products based on demand data and sales potential and bring them onboard the Klook platform, e.g. Hot Spring, SPA & Massage, Beauty industry related products, and other city leisure experiences. Manage the onboarding process of products, with the support of products at scale and at an industry leading pace
- Account management: Cultivate relationships with partners to help maximize access to the best inventory and maximize sales potential
- Optimization: Continuously ensure the quality of products, in terms of pricing, inventory, content, to maintain a market-leading position consistently. Employ the most effective technology available, in-house and external, to drive efficiency throughout the supply chain
- Market intelligence: Identify market trends and provide market & competitor updates at a regional and local level through on-going research and analyses.-
What you'll need：
At least 2 years of in business development and e-commerce field.
Strong commercial sense, as well as written analytical, written and verbal communications skills.
Proficiency in Mandarin and English is a plus.
Confident, self-motivated and goal-oriented
Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
A start-up attitude - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves that’s not afraid to work independently when required.
