What you'll do :
Source new partners and products, clearly delivering the Klook brand value to business partners to ensure we have the best offering in the market
Acquire suppliers and bring them onboard the Klook platform. Support onboarding of products and coordinate with operations, content, editorial, and quality control teams
Develop and grow mutually beneficial business relationships with partners within your remit
Drive revenue via the Klook platform by ensuring the right products are acquired and optimized for our global customer base
Work closely with various functions in the company - marketing to maximize sales, supplier operations to improve efficiency, customer services to drive satisfaction and repeats, finance to ensure accurate payment and minimize risk
Successfully deliver on product portfolio and sales targets, as well as other strategic KPIs
Support market leaders to identify market trends and provide market & competitor updates through on-going research and feedback
What you’ll need
At least 8 years of work experience with 5 years planning or organizing tour experience. High familiarity with travel products, generating tours, working with operators/ bus companies/hotels.

A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently
Strong commercial sense, as well as solid analytical, written and verbal communication skills
Confident, self-motivated and goal-oriented personality
Comfortable in uncertainty and ambiguity
Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural backgrounds and in different time zones
Fluent written and spoken in English and Japanese
