Marketing at Klook:
At Klook, we do marketing differently. With media buying on the typical channels getting more and more expensive, we want to partner with like-minded brands to work on win-win exposure models and not have to pay exorbitant CPCs or rate cards! We prize quirky campaigns and partnerships, we see value in CPA models and we like to adopt never-before-seen ideas from around the world and bring them to Australia.
What you'll do:
Identify business and marketing opportunities that set Klook apart as a travel brand
Find cost-effective ways to plug into our target audience; propose and test ideas from ATL to guerilla marketing tactics
Own campaigns end-to-end - ideate, plan, pitch, forecast, execute and report as well as coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders
Prospect and manage partners across a variety of industries (i.e. airlines, DMOs, payment partners, financial institutions, merchant partners)
Manage different partnership models (contra / brand-to-brand, strategic, technical)
Introduce Klook technical partner solutions (API Search, White Label etc.) to prospects and propose revshare opportunities
Build long-lasting partnerships that can scale and shift to always-on / co-funding
Maintain ROAS/ROI goals and manage budgets across campaigns and channels
What you'll need:
At least 5 years working experience in a marketing role; previous experience with Tourism Boards/DMOs is ideal but not a prerequisite
To be a generalist who has a solid grasp of the channels and levers at your disposal - owned v. earned, performance, affiliates, ATL, offline, sponsorship etc.
Natural networking skills with the ability to develop rapport quickly
Go-getter and “hustle” mindset; not afraid of working autonomously and also willing to execute + roll up your sleeves where necessary
Good command of marketing analytics. Be familiar with traffic tools like SimilarWeb and metrics like CAC, ROAS, ROI
Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and going beyond scope/role pending business needs
