What you’ll do:

• Prepare cash reporting and projections, ensuring adequate liquidity is available to meet financial obligations

• Assist with KYC, Internal Audit and Finance inquiries as they relate to cash, payments and banking

• Maintain corporate banking structure activities such as opening accounts, closing accounts and modifying bank signatories

• Perform user security administrator activities across bank portals and other treasury related systems

• Assist with Standby Letters of Credit and bank guarantees requirements

• Conduct bank fee reviews and variance analysis and propose recommendations

• Document and update treasury policies and procedures

• Support and/or lead special Treasury projects and ad hoc assignments

What you need:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or related field

• At least 2 years of experience in corporate treasury management (FX management / TMS related experience will be a bonus)

• Critical thinker and strong problem solving skills

• Ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment and drive complex operational initiatives

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment, and to make well-reasoned and timely decisions

• Experience in project management and process improvement and ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines

• Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal in English and Mandarin, Cantonese will be an advantage)

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
