As a technology company, we always look for new ways to make our internal workflows more efficient. The IT Services team designs, develops and implements new systems to make work even more secure and reliable for all Klookers across the world.

What you will do:

• Provide technical expertise and contribute to setting up department OKR and long term directions, including design and implementation of IT architecture, and technical standards. Focusing on the solution design with the technology that will help company meet its unique goals

• Evaluate and recommend the use of leading edge technologies and methods, align new technologies with company and department objectives.

• Apply technology management methodologies to define technology strategy, roadmap and be able to forecast for potential improvements for current and future systems and solutions. Creates, evaluates and implements plans and propose for high impact IT solutions

• Act as or work with Project Manager, provide professional advice and taking charge into IT project implementations

• Work with other department and different stakeholders to identify and evaluate their needs and provide solutions when necessary

• Apply IT Management principles and ensure all IT services and systems are following the right path

What you will need:

• Degree or master in Information Technology, Computer Science or Information Systems

• 5+ years of experience, with no less than 2 years work as a solutions architect, IT business analyst or related roles

• Certification and working knowledge of IT Management methodologies (e.g. TOGAF, Zachman, SOA, ITIL, COBIT, etc.)

• Problem solving and analytical skills, ability to solve complex and diverse business problems

• Experience collaborating with and leading cross-functional groups to produce impactful results

• People management experience, demonstrated success of leading and inspiring others to higher levels of performance

• Understanding process automation concepts and being able to apply concepts into solutions to solve real problems. Experience in Workato or Power Automate is a plus, experience in programming in JavaScript or Python is a plus.

• Experience with and understanding of enterprise platforms and solutions, including identity management (e.g. AAD, Google IdP, Okta), Cloud Platform services(Azure, GCP, AWS) and concepts.

• Understanding of Software Development concept and technologies is a plus (Agile, MVC and MVVM, Frontend and Backend technologies such as React, Vue, OpenAPI, MySQL, etc)

• Communication and presentation skills in both Chinese and English, both spoken and written. Proficiency in English is a must.
