As an Associate in Strategic Distribution, you will be involved in the day-to-day operations of our global B2B sales channel. You will work with cross-functional teams to execute various tasks and initiatives that will contribute to our overall revenue and performance optimization efforts for our key partners.

What you’ll do:

• Be a part of a team to drive the success of key partnerships.

• Troubleshoot product concerns ranging from content matters to technical issues, liaising with various stakeholders such as Business Development and Tech teams to identify the root cause and resolution.

• Oversee the product onboarding process of Klook products on key partner channels.

• Respond to partner pre-booking and post-booking inquiries as needed.

• Assist in day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of trackers and other documentation, which may involve data gathering and preparation of simple reports.

• Support the team with additional tasks and ad hoc initiatives as required from time to time.

What you’ll need:

• Degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related studies.

• Self-motivated and has a strong sense of ownership to drive results.

• A strong desire to learn and willingness to get your hands dirty to get the job done.

• Be able to keep up with a fast-paced environment even with minimal supervision.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take ownership of tasks.

• Capacity to work with quantitative and qualitative data with great attention to detail.

• Familiarity with spreadsheet tools like Google Sheets or MS Excel.

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various teams across the globe.
