As an Associate in Strategic Distribution, you will be involved in the day-to-day operations of our global B2B sales channel. You will work with cross-functional teams to execute various tasks and initiatives that will contribute to our overall revenue and performance optimization efforts for our key partners.
What you’ll do:
Be a part of a team to drive the success of key partnerships.
Troubleshoot product concerns ranging from content matters to technical issues, liaising with various stakeholders such as Business Development and Tech teams to identify the root cause and resolution.
Oversee the product onboarding process of Klook products on key partner channels.
Respond to partner pre-booking and post-booking inquiries as needed.
Assist in day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of trackers and other documentation, which may involve data gathering and preparation of simple reports.
Support the team with additional tasks and ad hoc initiatives as required from time to time.
What you’ll need:
Degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related studies.
Self-motivated and has a strong sense of ownership to drive results.
A strong desire to learn and willingness to get your hands dirty to get the job done.
Be able to keep up with a fast-paced environment even with minimal supervision.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take ownership of tasks.
Capacity to work with quantitative and qualitative data with great attention to detail.
Familiarity with spreadsheet tools like Google Sheets or MS Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various teams across the globe.
