Klook Philippines is looking for a Partnerships and Affiliates Manager to join our growing team. Your role will be responsible for building a strong brand through executing strategies in amplifying campaigns through partners and affiliates.

You will be working closely with various internal teams (regional partnership and affiliates team, campaigns, creatives, social and content, etc) and external partners (cross industry alliances and affiliates) with the goal to inspire, entertain and convince our consumers to embrace incredible travel experiences in the Philippines and around the world.

What You Will Do :

  • Own and create partnership & affiliate marketing plans; research, identify and prioritize partnership opportunities; implement and execute partnership campaigns; and report partnership marketing results

  • Support work at both the planning level by developing kickass and innovative ideas for hypergrowth and at the tactical level by managing partnership campaign execution, maintaining key accounts, building new relationships, and analyzing insights

  • Develop key strategies for partnership development based on user behavior, industry insights, competitive landscape, product line up and potential impact

  • Manage and execute all processes and discussions in finalizing such partnerships (i.e. lead generation, prospecting, establishing first contact, meetings, contract, integration and follow up)

  • Maintain strong knowledge of all in-house technology and handle technical discussions leading to the successful implementation and seamless integration with partners’ systems

  • Collaborate with cross-regional business groups and functional areas to deliver high impact partnership projects

  • Monitor the success of each partner and manage relationships

What You Will Need :

  • 5+ years of solid experience in business development, strategic partnerships experience, e-commerce, online and/or consumer marketing

  • Strong organizational skills, results-driven and detail-oriented with the strong ability to multitask;

  • Proven track record in business development and/or strategic partnership marketing

  • Demonstrated ability to build, execute, and scale partnership & affiliate marketing programs

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

  • Strategic thinker with a long-term approach to deal-making and partnership building

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills - able to use data to develop and measure marketing programs

  • Consistently strives for strong performance; Professional and has a thirst for excellence

  • Passion for travel and a unique sense to grasp the latest industry and market trends;

  • Self-motivated and result-oriented, with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;

  • A start-up attitude and globally-minded – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude.
