Klook is the go-to travel and leisure e-commerce platform for experiences and services anytime, anywhere. Founded in Hong Kong in 2014 out of passion for discovery, our purpose today is to inspire and enable more moments of JOY. What you'll do:

• Support the campaign manager on offline and online campaigns, including travel events, tourism board partnerships, tacticals and global/mega campaigns

• Offline campaigns - manage assets, print jobs and collateral, as well as role briefings to team and support on the day

• Online campaigns - create discount codes, campaign pages and other online assets

• Manage Klook’s homepage and app with the latest deals and campaigns - ensuring brand consistency

• Respond to social media comments where needed to drive up engagement and escalate booking enquiries to internal teams

• Oversee Klook’s influencer strategy, with a monthly budget, hit list and use levers like media spends and contra sponsorships to build a strong ambassador network

• Support influencer selection on campaigns and be in-the-know when the top ambassadors are traveling and where they’re travelling to.

What you'll need:

• Ideal but not a must: at least a couple years experience working in a marketing role as an intern or uni grad

• Ability to work autonomously and problem solve

• Attention to detail and a love of process!

• Good command of marketing analytics and data. Become quickly familiar with traffic tools like SimilarWeb and metrics like CAC, ROAS, ROI

• Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and going beyond scope/role pending business needs
