Key Responsibilities:

• IT Strategy: Develop and execute the regional IT strategy in alignment with Klook's overall technology roadmap and business goals.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of IT professionals across different regional offices. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Infrastructure Management: Oversee the maintenance, optimization, and scalability of the IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud systems, and end-user devices.
• Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure service quality, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to service level agreements.
• Security and Compliance: Implement and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures to safeguard data and systems. Ensure regional IT operations adhere to relevant regulations and standards.
• Project Management: Lead IT projects, including software implementations, hardware upgrades, and system integrations, ensuring on-time delivery and within budget.
• Support and Issue Resolution: Provide prompt technical support to regional offices, addressing IT issues and concerns to minimize disruptions and maintain operational continuity.
• Budgeting: Develop and manage the IT budget, optimizing resource allocation and controlling costs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications is a plus.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, including multi-site or regional leadership roles.

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with a focus on talent development.

• In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, security, and best practices.

• Proven experience in project management with a successful track record of delivering IT projects.

• Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.

• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

• Adaptability to stay current with evolving technology trends and meet changing business needs.
