We are looking for a Performance Marketing Leader to join our growing team. Reporting to the VP of Global Marketing, you will be responsible for spearheading the paid social and display strategy and execution for Klook globally. You will be a key stakeholder in the global marketing team and a trusted leader to our Demand Generation team.

Your domain knowledge and expertise in harnessing the right mar-tech stack, audience targeting and messaging in our paid social and display ads will help us to inspire and enable more moments of joy for millions of travelers around the World.

What you'll do:

  • Iterate and scale Klook’s paid social and display strategy into a world-class onethrough experimentation and refining existing frameworks and playbook.

  • Lead a high performing team and work with central team and various local marketing teams to plan, execute, gather and share insights

  • Build strong foundations and growth engines with large media platforms from Meta, TikTok, Google, and LINE

  • Deploy cutting edge marketing technologies such as Generative AI, Mobile App ads and customer data platform in line with industry trends to ensure a competitive edge.

  • Be at the forefront of global paid media trends and demonstrate industry thought leadership

  • Grow, mentor and inspire our in-house team of talented performance marketers to think out of the box and raise performance standards.

What you'll need:

  • Degree in Marketing/Advertising/Business or related/demonstrated experience in paid media.

  • An expert and true enthusiasts in paid social and display channel marketing, with at least 8-10 years experience in an advertising agency and/or in-house performance marketing role

  • Expert proficiency in ad platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tiktok Ads and LINE ads manager. Relevant certification such ads Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint are plus points

  • Familiarity with Smartly.io and Feeddynamix is a plus point.

  • Experience in deploying marketing technologies such as and not limited to Generative AI, Mobile App ads and customer data platform

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Experience with A/B testing, incrementality testing, brand/conversion lift studies and optimization techniques

  • Creative thinking and a deep understanding of consumer behavior and digital advertising trends.

  • Enthusiastic team player who is able to rally and manage different stakeholders globally to work out best-in-class solutions and proposals together.

  • Bring a strong POV and paid social and display vision along with a clear, concise ability to articulate direction, thoughts and briefs to internal and external partners.

  • Prior experience leading and mentoring a team of creatives across different geographies and cultures.
