What you'll do

• Support the Senior Legal Counsel to review a variety of commercial and marketing contracts, and to provide advice and guidance on a range of operational, regulatory and commercial matters.

• Act as local contact point on legal and compliance issues related to e-commerce, consumer protection and regulatory engagements.

• Provide legal support to other teams including Customer Service, HR, Finance and IT.

What you'll need

• 2 - 5 years of work experience in a law firm or an in-house legal team.

• Experience in e-commerce and consumer business not necessary, but will be a plus.

• Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with the ability to use them as working languages.

• Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to take ownership and work under pressure.

• Flexible and hard-working, with a can-do attitude, practical and solution driven.
