What you'll do
Develop and execute a content and social marketing strategy and plan across owned channels including Naver post/ blog and social networks
Work closely with the marketing team to devise a content and social strategy that aligns with the company’s wider goals and campaign objectives
Create, curate and manage content for the Naver post/ blog and social channels including but not limited to Instagram, Youtube, to increase brand awareness and conversion rate
Track and evaluate the impact of social and content initiatives in meeting targets and objectives, as well as reporting on the results and optimize for future campaigns
Identify and drive best-in-class, high-impact partnerships with content creators (KOL), publishers and communities to grow Klook’s presence and customer acquisition
Research on customer and product trends, and identify new opportunities to drive traffic and user growth
What you'll need
2~4 years of experience in contents marketing or social marketing experience with proven track record, experience in ecommerce or travel industry is a bonus
Demonstrated ability to build, execute content and social marketing strategies and plan
Good command of English and Korean, both verbal and written communication
Ability to communicate effectively with teams across different offices and different cultural backgrounds
An idea generator and problem solver with a good understanding of the Korea social media, overall media landscape, travel space and technicalities including content production and proven solutions
Good time and project management skills, with attention to detail and understanding of how e-commerce works
A passion for travel and the ability to share quality experiences and “insider” travel tips through useful content creation
A start-up attitude - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently when required.
