Key tasks & responsibilities:

  • Merchant Engagement: Ensure key merchant accounts are maintained to ensure partnership satisfaction and sustainability

  • Account Management:

    • Work closely with the BDMs and various internal teams such as finance, customer support, tech and marketing to support the strategic accounts with booking & settlement reconciliation, onboarding, inventory management, customer service, API mapping and high priority operational/admin needs.

  • Business Development:

    • Maximize Klook and merchant’s sales potential, by ensuring our supply strengths are competitive and overall supply metrics are healthy, for example supply metrics to monitor and execute strategies & projects on include TR/BML, conversion, book-through rate, etc.

  • Vertical & Market Intelligence: Support BDMs by mapping the market & providing data analysis on the market/key verticals to identify business performance trends, competitor updates

  • Operations: Uphold strong knowledge of all backend<>front end processes and tools related to the operations of ANZ Experiences.

  • Problem finding: Understand and use data to monitor commercial and service performance to identify problems and opportunities from Tableau business performance reports, supply strengths etc.

  • Problem solving: Combine data driven insights and knowledge of all operations/processes to identify steps to treating root cause of problems, then working on a holistic approach to optimisation or projects

  • Project management: Align projects with business goals, plan and construct detailed project frameworks, achieve milestones, and communicate the result across stakeholders.

Skills needed:

  • Strategic thinking mindset and have problem finding and problem solving skills

  • A roll-up-your sleeves attitude

  • Administrative or operational tasks in order to identify problems and improve processes

  • Attention to detail, organised and meticulously motivated to prioritise tasks on hand and to improve Klook merchant experience

  • Analytical skills to drive data-based decisions and measure success

  • Able to gather data from multiple sources and share/present it meaningfully

  • Effective communicator to share and receive key information with the ability to build relationships with key contacts across the company

  • Demonstrated ability to build, execute and scale processes

  • Ability to work independently and comfortable working with others locally and overseas for cross-functional collaboration
