What you’ll do?
Business plan development - support the development and implementation of business plans to drive overall strategic objectives
Performance monitoring - monitor and analyze business performance and regularly deliver actionable insights to key stakeholders
Competitor analysis - conduct regular analysis of key competitors to obtain insights and maintain an up-to-date competitive landscape analysis
Project Management - effectively manage multiple ongoing projects, remove roadblocks and see them through to completion on time
Effective Operations - run effective communications and reporting cadences to ensure smooth business operations
Business Priority Support - work closely with leadership to ensure key business priorities are well supported and executed. Support ad hoc projects if required
What you’ll need?
3+ years experience preferably in industries like consulting, tech startups, travel, or ecommerce
High bar for quality, efficiency, and delivering results. Proven ability to execute quickly and seamlessly and adjust to evolving business priorities
Strong commercial sense and data-driven decision making mentality
Strong analytical skills. Excel proficiency is highly preferred
Fluent in spoken and written English and Korean
Eager to work in small team and fast-paced environments
A start-up attitude - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude that's not afraid to work independently when required
Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural background and in different time zones
