Marketing at Klook:

At Klook, we do marketing differently. With media buying on the typical channels getting more and more expensive, we want to partner with like-minded brands and companies (think airlines, financial institutions, tourism boards and other travel brands) to work on win-win exposure models. We prize quirky campaigns, we see value in CPA models and we like to adopt never-before-seen ideas from around the world and bring them to Australia.

What we’re after:

Are you interested in building long-term partnerships? Does the word “co-marketing” make you tingle? Do you want to build upon your industry network? Then you have come to the right place! We’re looking for a stellar partnerships manager with left-of-centre thinking to grow Klook in Australia and New Zealand. You’ll have a go-getter attitude, good command of negotiation tactics and solid grasp of the marketing levers at your disposal. You’ll be identifying a target hit list, pitching to prospective partners and managing accounts end-to-end from scoping, planning and projecting, briefing, optimising and reporting. Your KPIs will be to secure marketing funds from partners, win contra exposure and grow affiliate accounts.

What you'll need:

  • At least 4 years working experience in a similar role; previous experience with tourism boards or brand partners is ideal but not a prerequisite

  • Shy is not in your nature! Happy to cold call, pitch and talk to the most senior person in the room

  • Go-getter and “hustle” mindset; not afraid of working autonomously and also willing to execute + roll up your sleeves where necessary

  • Good command of marketing analytics. Be familiar with traffic tools like SimilarWeb/Ahrefs and metrics like CPA, CAC, ROAS, ROI

  • Willingness to learn AI tools to build proposals and decks at scale

  • Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and going beyond scope/role pending business needs
