What you'll do

• Support HK CRM team on CRM roadmap & analytics planning to drive CRM maturity across Klook and improve customer lifetime value

• Support day-to-day marketing execution including communication and customer journey development via marketing automation tools and content marketing

• Monitor, analyze and optimize CRM performance, By working with analytics, supply and internal functions to dig out insights to optimize CRM performances

• Drive A/B testing and workout the experiment framework to improve the channel efficiency together with domestic task forces and E-Commerce operations

• Set-up regular dashboards and reporting to review campaign performances and extract customer insights for future optimization

What you'll need

• Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in Marketing, degree or above on Marketing, Business, Commerce or related field

• Hands-on experience in marketing cloud / marketing automation tools, including but not limited to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, Tableau and related tools is an advantage

• Comfortable with data, able to understand customer journeys and take respective actions to optimize overall experience/performance. Understanding of Google Analytics and SQL is an advantage

• Logical and analytical mindset to implement workflow, data rules and audience logic

• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus

• A highly motivated, dynamic and innovative team player with to-do personality, strong communication and problem-solving skills is preferred

• Fluent in both written and spoken English, Mandarin is a plus

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Associate
