We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Product Lead to lead our team in leveraging data to drive business growth and improve decision-making across the organization. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing a data strategy, building and managing a high-performing data team, and delivering impactful data-driven projects.

What you'll do:

• Lead and grow the data team, and define the data strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.

• Manage and optimize data analytics solutions to support in-depth analysis of business data and insights

• Recommend different ways to constantly improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality

• Partner with non-technical stakeholders to understand their analytical needs, help confirm data metrics and build data frame by asking the right questions, document and prioritize requirements

• Design, write, and support extract, transform, and load (ETL) processes of user tracking data (e.g. customer lifecycle, segmentation, and migration), deliver insightful data findings for business success

• Interpret results using a variety of techniques, ranging from simple data aggregation via statistical analysis to complex data mining

• Collaborate with product managers, and data analysts to understand product needs and integrate new changes to the existing big data infrastructure

• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and advancements in data science and analytics.

What you'll need:

• A degree or higher in Computer Science or related technical disciplines

• Experience in data science and analytics, with proven success in leading teams and delivering results.

• Understanding of data platform architecture and data analytics solutions

• Development experience, well-versed in Python and other programming languages

• Experience working in a cloud-based environment, such as GCP or AWS

• Experience with a variety of data science and analytics tools and techniques, including machine learning, artificial intelligence, and big data.

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

• A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently when required
