Marketing at Klook:

At Klook, we offer our customers the best deals across the world's biggest attractions and experiences like Disneyland and Universal Studios! This Marketing Associate role will work closely with our CRM/Campaigns manager to surface and curate the best travel deals for our customers, through monthly/weekly email sales and online tactical campaigns. You’ll be data and analytics driven as you hand select deals and promotions. You’ll also help lock in media buys with top Australian media and publications to drive more exposure, new customers and quality traffic to these campaigns. Your KPIs will be sales and new customer acquisition.

What you'll do:

  • Support the CRM manager with the design and management of all email/app push marketing campaigns including the rewards program

  • EDM/App/Rewards campaigns - create discount codes, copywrite, design and build email campaigns on Iterable, Canva and Adobe Illustrator

  • Develop our CRM blast pipeline - growing our rewards program, monthly travel newsletter, weekly Secret Sunday sales eDM, fortnightly travel inspo eDM

  • Monitor and analyse customer behaviour and provide insights for improving CRM strategies

  • Support campaign manager on online tactical campaigns, including Black Friday Cyber Monday, Click Frenzy Travel, Boxing Day and more

  • Online campaigns - create discount codes, creative briefing that aligns with Klook brand guidelines/local Aussie ‘look and feel’, build campaign pages, draft T&Cs, coordinate with internal supply teams and key merchants

  • Manage Klook’s homepage and app with the latest deals and campaigns - ensuring brand consistency

What you'll need:

  • Ideal but not a must: experience working in a marketing role as an intern or uni graduate

  • Basic proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop or Adobe illustrator

  • Strong spelling, grammar and English language skills

  • A keen eye for design!

  • Ability to work autonomously and problem solve

  • Attention to detail and a love of process!

  • Good command of marketing analytics and data. Become quickly familiar with traffic tools like SimilarWeb and metrics like CAC, ROAS, ROI

  • Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and going beyond scope/role pending business needs
