Role Responsibilities, (But aren’t limited to)

• Be part of People & Culture team in building and maintaining an exceptional candidate/employee experience
• Create a robust and forward-thinking candidate pipeline, develop sourcing strategies, and build lasting relationships with top talent, both active and passive
• Take charge of the entire local end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offers, and make it an exciting journey
• Develop and implement strategies to boost Klook’s employer branding
• Plan and execute projects and events to enhance employee engagement
• Support creating a workplace environment that is physically and psychologically safe, inclusive, and high-performing
• Maintain partnerships with HRBPs, recruiters and other P&C team members across the globe.
• Support any global People & Culture projects when it is necessary

Preferred Experience and Skills

• 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, and 2+ years as an HR generalist or in a similar role
• Familiar with full-cycle recruiting and direct sourcing in the Japan talent market
• Excellent communicator in both English and Japanese, both written and spoken
