Role Responsibilities, (But aren’t limited to)
- Source new partners and products, sharing the amazing Klook brand value with our business partners to ensure we have the best offerings in the market.
- Acquire new suppliers and help them join the Klook platform. Assist in onboarding their fantastic products and coordinate with our operations, content, editorial, and quality control teams.
- Develop and nurture mutually beneficial business relationships with partners, fostering growth and collaboration.
- Lead a development project for Korean outbound tours to Japan
- Collaborate closely with various functions in the company: marketing to boost sales, supplier operations to enhance efficiency, customer services to drive satisfaction and repeat business, and finance to ensure smooth payments and minimize risks.
- Achieve success by delivering on our product portfolio and sales targets, along with other strategic KPIs.
- Support market leaders in identifying trends and providing market & competitor updates through continuous research and feedback.
Required Experience and Skills
- At least 5 years of work experience with 3 years in the OTA industry. High familiarity with travel products, generating tours, and working with operators, bus companies, and hotels.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, Korean, and Japanese.
