岗位职责：
1.管理电商平台售前销售客服团队，定期复盘订单转化效果，对数据指标进行回顾、并提升策略制定，带领达到团队GMV 、ROI增长的目标；
2.与团队内部供应链、营销团队协作，完成订单顺利交付；
3.完成售前客服团队日常排班、绩效考核、SOP制定等管理工作。

任职要求：
1.3年以上电商平台/出境游旅行社/OTA售前客服团队的管理经验；
2.具备对售前客服订单转化率提升、目标激励达成、质检与培训管理能力；
3.有较强的工作责任心与沟通耐心，擅长跨团队跨部门协作；
4.逻辑清晰，应变能力强，对销售团队的管理有深刻理解及成熟的方法论
