Key Responsibilities
1. Support Supply Program Strategy Development:
Assist in designing and implementing strategic supply initiatives to drive hotel supply growth and improve profitability.
Analyze hotel segments, categories, and user behavior to identify supply opportunities and support strategy creation.
Collaborate with cross-functional and regional marketing teams to execute supply initiatives and support cross-region campaigns.
2. Support Supply Business Intelligence Development:
Help maintain and refine the supply business intelligence system to provide actionable insights to the Business Development (BD) team.
Contribute to building tools and dashboards that simplify data access and support decision-making.
Assist in streamlining BD tasks by providing data insights and reducing the need for individual analysis.
3. Enhance Operational Efficiency:
Identify opportunities to improve workflows and support the implementation of initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.
Participate in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, supporting innovative solutions and process optimizations.
Monitor implemented strategies and provide input for adjustments to achieve desired outcomes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in supply category management, operations planning, or strategy execution, preferably in e-commerce, travel, or the hospitality industry.
Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for data-driven insights and decision-making.
Experience with business intelligence tools or systems is a plus.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
