What you will do:
  • Support the onboarding and maintenance of a high-quality portfolio of attraction, tour, transportation and activity (Things To Do) products for Klook’s rapidly growing, global customer base for the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) team.
  • Acquisition/Onboarding: Own end-to-end onboarding process of new products onto Klook and coordinate with merchants, operations, content, finance, and quality control teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
  • Quality assurance: Ensure all products meet Klook's standards and performance benchmarks, strictly adhering to compliance and quality expectations.
  • Optimization: Continuously ensure the quality of products, focusing on pricing, inventory, and content, to maintain a market-leading position at all times. Make an impact by identifying areas for improvement across different processes and systems.
  • Coordination: Communicate and collaborate effectively with various functions in the company - marketing to boost sales, supplier operations to improve efficiency, and customer service to enhance satisfaction. Flexibility, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset are critical in our fast-paced environment.
  • Market insights: Provide market leaders with relevant information on identifying market trends and competitor updates.
What you will need:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels. Adaptable in diverse situations and environments.
  • Operational excellence mindset and experience, leveraging a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Demonstrates a consistent drive for excellence and professionalism, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Team player with the ability to work effectively across global teams in a dynamic, fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills - using data to assess performance and drive actionable insights.
  • University graduates with a keen interest in e-commerce, travel, and/or technology.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
  • This role is based in Kuala Lumpur.
