What you will do:
Assist the Business Development (BD) team in executing operational tasks, including but not limited to onboarding, content editing, and managing merchant inquiries. Ensure that all activities are carried out in adherence to Klook's onboarding standards and procedures.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all backend and frontend processes and tools essential to the smooth operation of local business
Work closely with the Business Development Managers & Merchants in updating any content related matters, ie: Pricing, Inventories, Photos
Provide ongoing operational support to merchants such as booking & payment inquiries, campaigns participation, etc
Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and optimize fundamental BD processes
Assist in various vertical related projects where applicable, including formulating a project plan, execution of the project.
What you will need:
Fluent in both Chinese and English, with professional translation standards
Japanese is a plus
Highly interested in translation and travel
Strong commercial sense, as well as written and verbal communications skills
Self-motivated and detail-oriented
Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural backgrounds
A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently when required
Can work on weekends and national holidays upon work shift arrangement
