岗位职责：

1.服务质量监控：通过电话录音、在线聊天记录、工单及邮件往来等多渠道收集服务数据，并依据既定标准进行详细评估与分析，反馈结果助力改进，协助执行纠错计划，安排案例分享会；

2.员工培训: 负责新人、在职员工培训，采用多元方式授课，评估培训效果并优化调整；针对存在的问题提供针对性的改进建议和指导，跟进问题整改情况，确保服务质量的持续提升；

3.知识库管理:与多部门协作，收集信息更新知识库并优化结构，助力团队协作与业务流程优化。维护客服知识库，整理和归纳公司产品知识、业务流程、常见问题解答（FAQ）、解决方案等信息，确保知识库内容的完整性、准确性与及时性。

任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历，旅游相关专业及英文水平者优先；

2、有 1年以上客服质培经验，熟悉行业标准与流程，有大型客服团队工作经历者佳，具备case(问题分析)复盘能力；

3、熟悉客服行业的质量检查标准和流程;能够吃苦耐劳，勇于担当;

4、具备较强的人际沟通协调能力，性格温和，具备足够的耐心，有一定的承压能力；

5、具备数据分析及课件开发能力者放宽条件。
