About the role:

Nintex is seeking a Senior Manager, Competitive and Market Intelligence to join our team to lead competitive and market intelligence efforts in support of our market growth and go-to-market strategies. This role involves leading cross-functional projects to analyze market, customer and competitor information to inform strategic decision-making for the Nintex portfolio. You will also work closely with the the product marketing and sales teams to create and deliver sales enablement content and other materials to help position Nintex effectively. Reporting into the Product Marketing team, the ideal candidate will be a results-oriented, strategic-minded individual with a passion for technology and excellent written and oral communication skills. Your contribution will be:

• Become a market expert in the process automation and process intelligence markets and act as the primary product marketing contact for competitive positioning.
• Conduct ongoing, in-depth research on key competitors’ product functionality and messaging to serve as input into go-to-market and product development strategies using a number of different sources including win/loss reports, secondary research, customer interviews and publicly available information.
• Distill market insights into clear and concise summaries and recommendations that you will share with our executive leadership team.
• Create and organize competitive landscape content (presentations, messaging documents, demos, etc.) in Nintex’s competitive intelligence platform, Klue.
• Partner with our sales enablement team to educate the GTM teams on Nintex’s competitive landscape and develop an ongoing feedback process to gather information from our field teams.
• Participate as a core member of the team responsible for participating in analyst research related to Nintex products

To be successful, we think you need:

• 5+ years of relevant experience working for a high tech or SaaS software organization in strategy, product marketing or competitive intelligence.
• Preferred experience in the process automation market.
• Ability to think strategically and anticipate future trends, needs and expectations.
• Strong analysis, data visualization and presentation skills including comfort presenting to a variety of stakeholders, including executive leadership.
• Self-starter who truly enjoys working in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
