Responsibilities:
- Strategic Positioning: Define and implement a compelling product positioning strategy that differentiates our offerings in the market and highlights our unique value proposition.
- Packaging: Collaborate with product management, sales, and other key stakeholders to create and refine product packages that resonate with our target audience and drive customer acquisition.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Design and execute go-to-market plans for product launches, ensuring that all departments are aligned, trained and equipped with the necessary tools to succeed.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer feedback to inform product positioning and messaging.
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of persuasive marketing materials, including case studies, video content, and more.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, customer success, and other teams to optimize the sales process, enhance customer onboarding, and promote upsell opportunities.
- Performance Metrics: Establish, monitor, and report on key product marketing metrics, using insights to optimize strategies continuously.
- Leadership: Foster a customer first mindset and a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning, amongst the Product Marketing team you will be building as well as the broader company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in product marketing at a SaaS company.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products in competitive markets.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across departments and lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

The base salary for this roles starts at $170,000.
