Position Overview:

As a Customer Operations Shift Lead / Remote Operator, you will play a central role in our evening/third shift from 12:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. Monday-Friday. You will be responsible for operating forklifts via remote technology in our local warehouse. Additionally, the Shift Lead assumes a leadership position during the evening shift and will be responsible for helping to resolve minor onsite issues as well as understand the escalation process. The Shift Lead also serves as an on-site point of contact, offering technical support and guidance as needed. This position demands alertness, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain focus and attention to detail while working in front of a screen for extended periods.

Requirements:

• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a focus on issue resolution.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others while you oversee a small team of QA operators.
• Ability to lead a small team to ensure proper execution of QA test cycles with an understanding of the escalation process, as this shift takes place during off-peak hours.
• Proficient in using modern technology and computer literate.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends to support the evening shift.
• Ability to meet minimum productivity and performance thresholds.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Full-time in-office position located in Broomfield, CO.

Nice to Have:

• Previous forklift experience in a warehouse environment.
• GED or High School Diploma.
• Specific experience with remote operations, automated guided vehicles, or autonomous mobile robots.

Compensation:

The salary for this position is up to $70,000 with the actual offer based on factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses and options.
