But managing their own business can be challenging, jammed by too many manual processes.Pixie gives them a simpler approach for practice management and workflow automation. 3,000+ accountants and bookkeepers in 20+ countries love our product and rely on it daily to manage work more effectively, scale their firm, and leave clients delighted.We are based in London and backed by leading VC firms such as TriplePoint, Seedcamp, MMC Ventures, with an exceptional investment track record such as Wise, Revolut, UiPath, etc. About The RoleYou'll be joining our established Sales team, which is usually one of the initial points our relationship with our customers and our primary revenue driver.The Sales team is responsible for managing a high-velocity funnel, converting leads into new accounts through engaging and positive product demos. Leads are generated through a variety of activities including demo requests, referrals, cold calling, and industry events.What your day to day will look like
  • Performing demos of our product and showcasing its value to potential customers
  • Nurturing and qualifying leads and opportunities
  • Cold out reach to prospective new customers
  • Developing positive relationships with customers and understanding their individual needs
  • Collaborating with the Customer Success to provide a seamless customer onboarding experience
  • Provide feedback to the Growth team who are responsible for lead qualification and demos booked
  • Developing and analysing data to determine how to better accommodate new customers
  • Performing research on accounts to help increase interest
  • Achieving monthly new customer and revenue targets
  • Maintain up to date forecasts and insights
  • Keep our CRM up to date with your sales activities
  • Keep informed of industry news, trends and key players, incorporating them into your lead and customer conversations
  • Participating in marketing events and webinars to help expand our presence in our target markets
  • 2+ years experience in a sales role, ideally in B2B SaaS selling to micro/small companies (ie. 1-50 staff)
  • Clear track record in meeting sales goals
  • Proficiency with various sales and collaboration platforms such as HubSpot CRM, Slack, Zoom, Google Docs, Notion, Zapier, Loom
  • Ability to comfortably talk to others and quickly establish some rapport
  • Actively listen to concerns and handle criticism without taking it personally
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
  • Comfortable executing in a very dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Availability to travel in the UK and abroad, to give presentations, meet with potential customers, attend conferences, trade shows, and other events

  • Compensation of £60,000 OTE, plus £25,000 in share options
