We are looking for an energetic and highly organized Operation Manager to join our global dynamic team. As an Operation Manager you play a critical role in ensuring efficient functioning of the supply chain operations. Your responsibilities encompass a wide range of “hands-on” activities including import-export, inventory management, warehouse management, planning and scheduling, new product introduction (NPI), and customs compliance.

In addition, you will act as a key player in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery, report to the COO and collaborating with other departments, such as Product, R&D and marketing. Improve profitability through cost reduction, quality, and process improvements.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in a similar position in a fast-paced environment (purchasing/planning/logistics) – a must.
• At least 5 years of experience in working with technology projects integrated hardware, infrastructure and software.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, business administration, or related field.
• Proven contract management and supplier experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and project management, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical & technical skills, Positive attitude, and can-do approach.
• At least 3 years of proven experience with Priority – a must.
• English – High level – a must.
• Experience with multi-discipline products – an advantage.
