What you’ll be doing

As a Production Test Integrator, you will be responsible for final testing of Scopio’s products in the production line to assess and verify basic hardware assembly, software installation, continuous quality improvement, and documentation. The ideal production test integrator will be self-motivated, adaptable to change, proactive, and committed.

Your responsibilities will include:

● Production line testing as a line technician

● Providing systems support for the production line and for Scopio teams, including troubleshooting, diagnosing, resolution, and documentation

● Generating production reports

● Contributing to the department's knowledge base and how-to documentation

● Validating updates on the production line prior to implementation

● Calibrating and integrating systems on the production line

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements

● Understand basic network concepts (DHCP, DNS, IPv4)

● Skilled in computer, electronics, and optics troubleshooting and repair

● Strong oral and written communication skills

● Is team-oriented, maintains composure, and is adaptable to the changing needs of the team
