About our technology

About the role

We are seeking a full-time on-site Control System Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing control systems for efficiency and effectiveness. This role involves process control, systems integration, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless operation across all automated systems.

Key responsibilities

  • Design controllers and troubleshoot issues related to control systems
  • Lead initiatives to enhance existing systems for optimal performance
  • Oversee dynamic systems, including pneumatic, hydraulic, and motorized systems
  • Collaborate with clients to address control-related issues
  • Continuously improve or replace existing systems
  • Work with application, mechanics, software, and procurement teams for integration
  • Validate and verify designed modules
  • Support issue escalation in the field as needed
  • Develop and maintain PLC programs using Beckhoff TwinCAT and CODESYS
  • Design and configure HMI and SCADA systems for process monitoring
  • The ideal candidate will have:

    • At least 5 years of experience in PLC programming (industrial computer control systems)
    • Experience with Beckhoff XAE
    • Strong skills in process control and troubleshooting
    • Expertise in control systems design and systems engineering
    • Solid understanding of electrical engineering principles
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
    • Experience with robotic systems
    • Proven experience integrating industrial automation machines
