What Will You Be Doing?

As Shield’s Product Marketing Manager, you will serve as a crucial link between Marketing, Product, Sales, Data Science, and Customer Success teams. Your role will be to create compelling product positioning and messaging, impactful tools, and lead go-to-market strategies for one of our core portfolio products.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product positioning, messaging, and differentiation strategies.
  • Conduct competitive research and market analysis to identify trends, threats, and opportunities and provide guidance with objection-handling frameworks
  • Create high-impact sales enablement materials to support the target personas across the sales lifecycle.
  • Develop and own go-to-market strategies for product launches across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and exceptional execution.
  • Produce industry-focused thought leadership content.
  • Engage with analysts to position Shield as a market leader and leverage customer insights to improve messaging.

  • Development and adoption of comprehensive toolkits for focus product.
  • Successful execution of product launches with measurable impact.
  • Contribution to establishing Shield as the go-to solution for financial compliance solutions.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B/B2E technology.
  • Familiarity with RegTech, SaaS, or enterprise software is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of complex technological concepts and the ability to distill them for our audience.
  • Strong storytelling skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven experience managing projects independently.
  • Excellent organizational skills for handling multifaceted projects and managing interdependent workflows.
  • Proficiency in developing messaging and positioning and translating them into effective tools.
  • Native English is a must.
