Join our R&D team as a Back-end Engineer and combat financial crime, develop solutions that transform unstructured electronic communication data (from phone calls, chats, emails, etc.) into actionable intelligence for financial institutions.

In this role, you will:

• Design and implement feature requests
• Optimize system scalability and resilience
• Work closely with the Product Team and Architects
• Support and maintain the production environments

Requirements:

• BSc in relevant field
• 3+ years experience in Java/kotlin programming experience – MUST!
• Proven expertise with Spring Framework
• Strong background in Linux OS, Shell scripts and containerized environments (Docker, K8s)
• Experience with cloud providers, cloud native systems and micro-services
• Experience with Kafka, Rabbit MQ – advantage
• Experience with RDBMS (MySQL)
• Experience with Elasticsearch/MongoDB - advantage
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a strong team player
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines effectively
